I spoke yesterday with Ohio Congressman Bob Latta, representing the 5th Congressional District, about his views on efforts this week to suspend the so-called 10-Acre Rule in the 2008 Farm Bill. Congressman Latta sits on the House Agriculture Committee, so he’s been right in the thick of the debate.

Following our discussion of the Farm Bill situation, we dove into the issue of the Bailout package working Washington this week. The bulk of our interview, in fact, was dedicated to the topic. The Congressman has some very firm views on how we got into this situation in the first place, and what we have to do to fix it now that we’re looking for resolution.
